Pay-per-photo or package price

I offer you the option to pay only for the photos you really, instead of a package price with x number of photos included.

Depending upon the photo assignment I work digitally or/and analogue with a 4 × 5-inch view camera. All images are edited and delivered in desired digital format or as prints on request.

Pay-per-photo has the following advantages and disadvantages:

You only pay for the photos you actually want to have
If you don’t like the first photos, I’ll take new ones for you
Per-photo is not suitable for every photo job. Per-photo is best suited to photo assignments such as exteriors, interiors, portraits or recurring situations from which you can take new photos
You will be left without photos in case you are unhappy with my work and ready to pay for my photos

Package price offers the following advantages and disadvantages:

You can be sure off that you will get some photos because the package price includes the work and an agreed number of photos
Package deal is best suited for one-off situations that immediately pass and can no longer be photographed
Although you may not be really satisfied with the result of the photos, you still have to pay

All pictures and assignments are paid according to agreement as I want to offer everyone a chance to use my services.

Architecture

Delivery time: 1 – 10 days

Completing an assignment digitally with best possible result takes at least 3 working days, weather permitting.

Day 1: research to determine optimal camera angles and lighting conditions
Day 2: shooting and photo editing
Day 3: optimization, completion and delivery of photos in desired digital format

If the assignment is done with an analog view camera, the delivery time extends to approx. 5 to 10 days. This is because the development and scanning of the film takes place at a professional photo-lab and extra photo editing and retouching to remove possible dust and scratches is needed.

I strongly recommend using an analog view camera to achieve the overall best possible result, due to lack of perspective distortion and the capability to vastly enlarge the photo.

Documentation & Reportage

Recommended payment method: Package price or Pay-per-photo

Depending on the assignment and length, completion can take either days, weeks, months, or even years.

Normally, images are delivered within 3 days of completion of the shooting.

The price depends on the distance to the photo location, the duration of the shooting, the number of agreed photos and the desired delivery time and format (digital or printed).
