The price of an artwork is based on two factors – the artistic input + cost of production.
- The artistic input is based among other things on the amount of work involved and the size of the edition (number of copies)
- The production cost is based on the physical size, print quality, montage etc.
I am responsible for the artwork production and do ofcourse recommend the best quality available. The better the quality of colours, paper and montage, the longer the artwork will last. But as it is the customer who pays the production cost, it is the customer who decides on the technical quality of the end product
